Welcome to HD Accountants. By accessing our website and engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the professional relationship between HD Accountants and our clients.

2. Professional Services

HD Accountants provides a range of accounting and tax services including, but not limited to:

• Tax return submissions (Personal, Company, VAT, PAYE).
• Business registrations (CIPC, SARS, UIF, WCA).
• Financial consulting and advisory.
• Payroll management.

Our services are performed in accordance with South African accounting standards and tax legislation.

3. Client Responsibilities

To provide accurate and timely services, clients agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate financial information.
• Disclose all relevant income and documentation required for SARS compliance.
• Meet deadlines for the submission of requested documents.
• Accept responsibility for the final approval of all returns submitted on their behalf.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for services are agreed upon prior to the commencement of work. Unless otherwise stated:

• Invoices are payable upon receipt or as per the specific service agreement.
• Late payments may result in the suspension of services.
• HD Accountants reserves the right to adjust fees for additional work outside the original scope of engagement.

5. Limitation of Liability

HD Accountants will exercise professional care and skill. However, we cannot be held liable for:

• Fines or penalties issued by SARS or other bodies due to inaccurate or delayed information provided by the client.
• Losses resulting from business decisions made based on our advice without express written confirmation.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client data and financial records. Information will only be disclosed to third parties (such as SARS or CIPC) as required to perform our services or if required by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the professional engagement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately payable, and we will return all original documents provided by the client.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
